This notice covers the personal data collected through this website. Personal data we handle in the course of delivering our services — for example under an agreement with a client organization — is governed by the terms and notices that apply to that engagement, not by this page.

What we collect

The only personal data this website collects is what you choose to type into the enquiry form and send to us:

  • Your name.
  • The organization you represent.
  • Your work email address.
  • Your telephone number — optional; the form sends without it.
  • The enquiry type you select: corporate, careers or general.
  • The message you write.

Two technical values travel with the message and say nothing about you personally: which language version of the form you used, and one hidden anti-spam field that stays empty unless an automated script fills it in.

Nothing else is collected. There is no account to create, no newsletter to subscribe to and no file to upload.

Please send only what we need in order to answer you. Do not include identity documents, health information or any other sensitive personal data in the message.

Why we collect it, and on what basis

We use what you send for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and to correspond with you about our services.

You provide the data voluntarily, by choosing to complete and send the form for that purpose. If you would rather not use the form, the email address and the unified number in section 1 reach the same team.

We do not use your data for marketing, we do not build a profile from it, we do not subject it to automated decision-making, and we do not sell it or make it available to anyone for their own purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies.

It runs no analytics, no advertising tags, no social-media pixels and no third-party trackers of any kind. Nothing on these pages profiles you, measures you, or follows you to another website.

The typefaces are served from this website itself rather than from an external font service, and no page embeds a third-party video, map or widget. Loading a page therefore sends your data to nobody except the provider that hosts and delivers the site, described in section 5.

Because there is nothing here to consent to, there is no cookie banner and no preference for you to manage.

Who processes your data

Two service providers are involved in running this website. Both act on our instructions and for our purposes only.

  • Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers it to your browser. Its systems process technical data about each request — including your IP address, the time of the request and the type of browser — in order to serve the pages and to protect the site against attack and abuse.
  • Microsoft 365 is the company’s business email service. When you send the enquiry form, your message is delivered into our own [email protected] mailbox and is then held there like any other email we receive.

We use no third-party form service, so no other company keeps a copy of what you send: your message travels from your browser, through the hosting provider, into our own mailbox.

Both providers operate global infrastructure. Your data may therefore be processed on systems located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the contractual and technical safeguards those providers are bound by. We do not claim that your data never leaves the Kingdom.

Beyond that, we disclose personal data only where a competent authority in the Kingdom requires it under the applicable regulations.

WhatsApp

The site offers a WhatsApp button as a convenience. If you choose it, your device opens WhatsApp and the conversation takes place there.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own terms and its own privacy policy. What that platform does with your data — including your phone number and your profile — is outside our control and outside this notice. If you would rather not use it, the form, the email address and the unified number all reach the same team.

What you send us in a WhatsApp message does of course reach the company, and we handle it for the same purpose as any other enquiry: to answer you.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was sent for, together with any period the applicable regulations require us to retain business correspondence.

Enquiry correspondence is kept in the company mailbox while the enquiry and any follow-up remain active, and for the period the applicable regulations require business correspondence to be retained. It is then deleted.

Your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law

The Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia gives you the following rights over your personal data:

  • To be informed — to know why your data is collected, who receives it and how it is handled. That is what this notice is for.
  • To access your data — to ask whether we hold personal data about you, and to see it.
  • To obtain a copy of your data in a readable form.
  • To request correction of data that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.
  • To request destruction of personal data that we no longer need for the purpose it was collected for.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the email address in section 1 and tell us which right you wish to exercise. We may first need to satisfy ourselves of your identity, so that one person’s data is never disclosed to another. Exercising a right costs nothing, and if we cannot act on a request we will tell you why.

If you are not satisfied with the way we have handled your personal data, you have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority for personal data protection in the Kingdom.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when the way we handle personal data changes, or when the applicable regulations change.

The version in force is always the one published on this page, and the date it was last updated is shown at the top. Where a change materially affects how your data is handled, we will say so.
